摘　　要：带电导体表面的电场强度有突变，本文论述了导体表面上一点的场强为，即为导体外场强大小的一半。There is sudden change of electric field intensity on the surface of electrified conductor.This paper dissertates that the intensity on each point of the conductor Surface is of transient distortion, which is the half of that outside the conduector.
