摘　　要：研究了 2 3种生化因子对 Mortierella Lsabe L ina F-989菌生长代谢的影响 .研究表明 :供试 2 3种生化因子对生长代谢均有不同程度的影响 ,其中 L-赖氨酸、Vit B6 、L-缬氨酸、LD-天冬氨酸、L-酪氨酸、L-丝氨酸、L -胱氨酸 7种生化因子能显著提高孢子萌发率 ,而 LD-天冬氨酸、L -白氨酸、L -精氨酸、Vit B1、Vit B2 、L-甲硫氨酸、 L-谷氨酸、 L-羟膊氨酸、嘌呤等 ,对该菌分枝数、菌丝生长有一定的促进作用 .选择其中 6种生化因子进行多因子组合 ,研究表明 ,这 6种生化因子的组合对孢子萌发、菌丝生长、淀粉酶酶活性均比单因子效果更好 ,但对生物量提高不明显 ,且有 80 %～ 85 %的因子对蛋白酶有抑制作用 .kinds of growth factors were studied of their effect on growth and metabolism of Mortierella LsabeLlina .The result showed that all factors studied had different effect on its growth and metabolism Seven of the factors including L lysine, VitB6 , L valine, Aspartic acid , L tyrosine, L serine, L cysine had a good effect on improving the spore germinating rate, while Aspartic acid, L leusine, L arginine, VitB1, VitB2, methionine, L Glu, L oxinproline, purine promoted mycelium growth Six of the growth factors combined were studied which showed that they had better effect on spore germinating, mycelium growth, amylase activity than that of single factor, while showed little effect on biomass and most of the factor inhibited the activity of proteinase
