摘 要:本文采用中国仓鼠肺成纤维细胞(V_(79)细胞),进行次黄嘌呤——鸟嘌呤磷酸核糖转移酶位点(HGPRT Locus)试验,检测上海市区飘尘的诱变性。发现污染物量与诱变性之间呈现剂量—反应关系,以浓度150μg/ml为最高。样品经代谢活化后其诱变性(指T/C值)均有增高的趋势,提示飘尘对V_(79)细胞具有轻微的、间接的诱变倾向。市区3个飘尘样品之间,其诱变性无本质上差异。The mutagenic activities of total suspended particulates of 3 urban districts in Shanghai were determined using Chinese hamster cells V_(79)/HGPRT locus assay. Dose-responce relationship was found between the dose of pollutants and mutagenicity. The highest value of T/C was observed, after V_(79) cells exposed to 150 μg/mg of the pollutants. There was an increase in mutagenicity after the addition of S_9 mix to the samples.The results suggested that total suspended particulates possess a slight, indirect, mutagenic action on V_(79) cells. Particulates have on significant difference among the mutagenicities of 3 samples.
