摘　　要：氧化铝水泥是生产耐火浇注料的主要原料之一。本文应用X射线衍射、差热分析等方法，研究了氧化铝水泥的物相组成及其水化过程，不同类型的氧化铝水泥的工艺矿物有CaO·Al2O3 、CaO·2Al2O3 、12CaO·7Al2O3、α-Al2O3及特殊工艺矿物。水化产物与水灰比（W／C）、温度、时间等有关。Abstract: Asumina cement is one of the ban materials in producing refiracory castbales. The essay deals with the study of the phase composition and hydration of alumina cement by way of X - ray diffiaction, DTA and or so.There are different process minerals such as CaO·A12O3、CaO·2A1203、12Cao·7A12O3、α - Al2O3 and some other special ones in different rypes of alumina cement.The hydrated products are related to the ratio of water and cement(w/c), temperature and time of the hydration process.
