摘  要:用可控硅控制电炉温度与常用的接触器控制方式相比 ,具有无噪音、可靠性高、故障率低、维护简单等显著特点。可控硅触发电路采用过零触发型光电耦合器 ,取代过去的同步电源变压器、脉冲变压器等笨重器件 ,使复杂的电路变得非常简单 ,便于推广应用。过零触发使可控硅输出完整的正弦波电压 ,不影响电网波形 ,不干扰通讯设备 ,并可避免可控硅触发导通瞬间过大的电压变化率而损坏可控硅。Compared with contactor control way in common use,controlling the temperature of electric furnace with silicon control has many significant characteristics such as no noise,high reliability,low fault rate and is easy to maintain.Silicon control trigger circuit substitutes zero passage trigger type photoelectric coupler for such essential heavy instruments in the past as synchronous power transformer,pulse transformer etc,which makes complex circuit simple.It is convenient to spread and apply.Zero passage trigger makes silicon control output complete sine wave voltage,which doesn't affect the wave pattern of power network,doesn't disturb the communication equipment,and can avoid the damage of silicon control because of extreme big rate of voltage change in the twinkling of triggered flow of silicon control.
