摘 要:IPS级和EIPS级两种钢丝绳弯曲疲劳寿命相似 ,仅是前者略高于后者 0 .4× 10 4 次 ;二者疲劳断口有差异 ,前者光滑细腻 ,无二次裂纹 ;后者疲劳源附近断口粗糙 ,并具有近似弧形二次裂纹。两种钢丝绳弯曲疲劳后钢丝(IPS ,EIPS级 )在较高应力 ( 891.6MPa)作用下 ,前者疲劳寿命为后者疲劳寿命的 3 4 %;在较低疲劳应力 ( <4 0 9.6MPa)作用下 ,二者疲劳寿命相似 ,由此推断新型钢丝绳 (EIPS级 )在较高应力作用下更能发挥其高强、高韧的优越性。Bend fatigue lives of two grade wire ropes (IPS,EIPS) are similar,the former is less only higher 0.4×10 4 than the later.Fatigue fracture of wires of both are different,the former was flat and fineness,without second cracks;the later was roughness with quasi arc second cracks.The former fatigue life (IPS) is 34% of the later (EIPS) under the more higher stress (891.6?MPa) for the both grade wires after bent fatigue wire ropes (IPS and EIPS),but for both grade wires under the less lower stress (409.6?MPa),their futigue lives are similar.It is deduced that the new type wire rope will have high strength and toughness under the more higher stress.
