加热炉轧制反馈控制数学模型的研究

摘　　要：在详细分析了宝钢线材加热炉钢坯出炉后热过程特点的基础上 ,建立了钢坯出炉后热过程数学模型。在验证数学模型正确可信的基础上 ,针对实际生产情况进行了计算机数值模拟。最终建立了加热炉轧制反馈控制数学模型 。In this paper,a mathematical model of billet after discharge d has been established based on the analysis of thermal process character.On the basis of correction proved by practical measurement,a series of simulation has been calcu lated on different production conditions.At last a mathematical model of rolling feedback for heating furnace has been established,and also an on line computer control system of rolling feedback has been realized.
