一种新型燃烧器的研究与应用

摘　　要：根据某厂工业炉生产工艺的特点 ,在原有低压燃烧器的基础上 ,从优化燃烧和机械操作两个角度进行改进 ,研究了一种新型燃烧器。该燃烧器具有一定范围的机械自动调节功能 ,降低了工人的劳动强度 ;由于采用两种不同介质同时雾化 ,大大改善了重油燃烧的雾化效果实验表明 ,该燃烧器平均节油率为 7%～ 1 0 %。Based on old low-pressure burner and characters of producti on process of industrial furnace in a factory,a novel type of burner is designed for the o ptimum combustion and operation.The burner can automatically and completely adju st the rate of oil and air in some range,and reduce working strength of workers. Due to heavy oil atomized by two different media at the same time,perfect combus tion can be performed.The experiment shows that the burner can lower average oil consumption 7～10%.
