摘　　要：对地图数据进行查询、统计是GIS中的基本操作之一,其关键是对地图数据建立一种索引。文中提出了一种利用数据分区建立数据索引的方法,有效提高了地图数据查询、统计速度,节省了系统内存资源。Query and count are the basic functions of GIS.The key of these functions is building the index of map data.This paper introduced a new method with eata partition.The result of experiment showed that this method can increase the speed of querying and counting,save of the memory of conputer system.
