硫氰酸盐-罗丹明B-吐温20体系光度法测定微量硒的研究

摘　　要：研究了利用罗丹明B对硫氰酸盐和硒 (Ⅳ )的结合反应定量测定微量硒的吸光光度法。试验表明 ,pH为 2 .95时 ,在Se SCN RhDB三元体系中 ,硒量在 0～ 10 μg/2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律ε =9.97× 10 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,该法用于饮水、污水、生物样品和微化剂中硒的分析 ,结果满意 ,回收率可达 94 %～ 10 8%It is reported in this paper that microamounts of selenium was determined by absorptiophotometry with the color reaction of selenium thiocyanate and rhodamine B. Beer′s law holds in the concentration range of Se(Ⅳ) between 0～10μg/25ml at pH 2.95 with an apparent molar absorptivity of 9.97×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . This method has been satisfactorily applied to the determination of Se(Ⅳ) in water, waste water, biological samples etc.
