化学增强无机手表表蒙玻璃的研制

摘  要:用各种系统钾盐对无机表蒙玻璃进行化学增强处理,测试其各项性能并与EPMA结果相对照,获得增强效果很好的KNO_3-KCl系统,若添加少量K_2CO_3,K_3PO_4或K_2SO_4,还可进一步提高增强效果,并使增强时间缩短到1.5h。本文还阐述了阴离子团对增强效果的影响。Inorganic watch glass has been chemically strengthened in different potassium salt systems, the properties have been measured and compared with EPMA result. A KNO_3-KCl system with fine strengthening effect has been found. If small amount of K_2CO_3 or K_3PO_4 or K_2SO_4 is added, the strengthening effect will be further improved. As a result, the heat treatment time has been decreased to 1.5h. The influence of anion radical on strengthening effect has been discussed.
