摘　　要：目的　检测淋巴细胞功能相关抗原 1(LFA 1)在狼疮肾炎外周血单个核细胞中的表达并对其临床价值进行探讨。方法　通过分离外周血单个核细胞 ,利用流式细胞术检测了狼疮肾炎外周血单个核细胞LFA 1表达。结果　狼疮肾炎活动组外周血单个核细胞LFA 1表达高于非活动组和健康对照组 ( 7.49± 1.17vs 2 .6 7± 0 .6 5、2 .2 1± 0 .32 ,P值均小于0 .0 1) ,而非活动组与健康对照组则无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。LFA 1表达与狼疮活动指数呈正相关 (r =0 .746 ,P <0 .0 1)。与狼疮活动指标抗核抗体、抗双链DNA抗体呈正相关 (r值分别为 0 .6 2 7、0 .70 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,与补体 (C3)呈负相关 (r =-0 .5 38,P <0 .0 1)。结论　LFA 1分子与狼疮活动密切相关 ,临床上可以作为狼疮活动的参考指标。Objective To study the expression of leukocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LFA-1) in peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) in patients with lupus nephritis(LN). Methods Thirty lupus nephritis(LN) patients was selected for this study, cytoflowmetry was used to detect the levels of LFA-1 in PBMC in LN patients. Results The levels of LFA-1 expression in active LN were higher than those in inactive LN and normal controls (P<0.01); the levels of LFA-1 expression showed a positive correlation with lupus activity index, ANA, and ds-DNA (r=0.746;0.627;0.705,P<0.01, respectively) and a negative correlation with C3(r=-0.538,P<0.01). Conclusion LFA-1 has a close correlation with lupus activity? It may be considered as a predictor for lupus activity.
