2型糖尿病患者血清游离脂肪酸组成的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究 2型糖尿病 (T2 DM )患者血清游离脂肪酸 (FFA)的组成及相对百分含量。方法　采用改进的RHPLC法 ,分析了 2 4例T2 DM患者及 14名与其同龄的中老年正常人 ,和 13名正常青年人对照组血清FFA组成及相对百分含量。结果　T2 DM患者血清中FFA浓度比其同龄正常人显著增高 (P <0 .0 1)。T2 DM患者空腹血糖 (FBG)与血清FFA浓度之间呈显著正相关。结论　T2 DM患者血清FFA增高 ,提示患者在糖代谢紊乱的同时 。Objectives To study the composition and relative content of percentage of serum FFA in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods The composition and celative contents of percentage of serum FFA in healthy young people as controls(n=13),T 2DM patients(n=24) and healthy middle old people same as patients age (n=14)were determined by the method RHPLC.Results The contents of FFA in serum of T 2DM patients increased very significantly(P<0.01). more than the same age healthy people,increased very significantly than the healthy young people(P<0.001),The relativity between the contents of FBG and serum FFA in T 2DM patients showed positive correlation. Conclusions Serum FFA in T 2DM patients increased,which indresed that the metabolism of sugar disordered,in the same time ,the metabolism of fat also disordered unnormally.
