柴葛通脉口服液对高脂血家兔血小板功能及血液流变性的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察柴葛通脉口服液对造模家兔血小板功能和血液流变学指标的影响。方法　用新西兰兔制作高脂血模型 ,然后给柴葛通脉口服液和月见草油干预 2 0天 ,对比各组兔血小板功能的变化及血液流变学指标。结果造模组ADP诱导的血小板聚集能力显著升高、解聚时间明显延长 (P <0 .0 1) ,血液出现粘、浓、聚等病理变化。柴葛通组血小板聚集能力明显降低、解聚时间明显缩短 (P <0 .0 1) ,血液流变学各参数明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,优于月见草组。Purpose To investigate the effect of chaigetongmai oral liquid on the function of platelet and haemorheology of the hyperviscosity rabbit.Method Using New Zealand rabbit to make a hyperviscosity model,then to give chaigetongmai oral liquid and scabish oil for 20 days,and to compare the change of the function of platelet and the index of haemorheology.Result The ability of platelet aggregation induced by ADP has significantly increased,and the time of depolymerization has elongated significantly,and the blood has the pathologic change of mucosity,thickness,and aggregation in the model.After given chaigetongmai oral liquid,the ability of platelet aggregation has obviously reduced,and the time of depolymerization has obviously shortened,which is better than the effect of the scabish oil.Conclusion Chaigetongmai oral liquid has the positive effect on the function of platelet and haemorheology.
