摘  要:目的 :探讨高原低氧条件下药物对人体劳动能力的改善作用 ,为提高抗低氧药物筛选提供可靠依据 ;方法 :对服用三普红景天组 (A)、乙酰唑胺组 (B)、NO吸入组 (C)和对照组 (D) ,每组 1 0人 ,于服药前运动前、服药后运动后重复检测血氧饱和度 (SaO2 )和心率 (HR) ,进行组间及服药前后的对比观察 ;结果 :A组与B组SaO2 服药后较服药前差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,C组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5) ,与对照组相比 ,A组差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,B组差异显著 (P <0 .0 5) ,C组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5) ;A组与B组服药后运动后较服药后运动前差异显著 (P <0 .0 5) ;与对照组相比 ,A组差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,B组差异显著 (P <0 .0 5) ,C组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5) ;A组心率服药后较服药前差异显著 (P <0 .0 5) ,B组、C组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5) ;与对照组相比 ,A组差异显著 (P <0 .0 5) ,B组和C组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5) ;服药后运动后较服药前运动后HR ,A组与B组差异显著 (P <0 .0 5) ,C组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5) ,与对照组相比 ,A组差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,B组差异显著 (P <0 .0 5) ,C组无显著差异(P >0 .0 5) ;结论 :红景天和乙酰唑胺组均能有效地提高?Objective:To study the effects of some drugs on SaO 2 and hear rate (HR) on antihypoxia and working improvement in youth at high altitude.Method:All subjects were divided into A group,administrated Rhodiala,B group,given acetazolanide,C group,given NO and D control group.The level of SaO 2 and heart rate were axamined before-after administration and exercise.Results:There was a significant difference on level of SaO 2 of A and B group before and after administration(P<0.01 or P<0.001).There was a great difference on HR before and after taking Rhodiala (P<0.05) in A group,but on difference in B and C group (P>0.05).A difference was found after taking following exercise compared with that after taking following rest (P<0.05).The change on HR had a difference after taking following exercise and before taking following exercise(P<0.05).Conclusion:The working capacity could be improved by Rhodiala and acetazolamide under altitude hypoxic environment,and the former is better than the later.
