摘  要:了解小儿患者留导尿管伴随尿道感染 (Utlc)的病原菌谱及对常用抗菌药物的敏感性。方法 :对1998年 1月~ 2 0 0 1年 1月间留置导尿管引起尿路感染小儿患者尿液行细菌学培养 ,分离的病原菌以kirby -Bauer琼脂扩散法药敏试验。结果 :留置导尿管患儿 895例尿液标本分离的病原菌 335株 ,阳性率 37.4%。其中以革兰氏阴性细菌为主 ,约占 6 5 % ;大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、不动杆菌及克雷白氏菌属占前 4位 ,第 3代头孢菌素对革兰氏阴性或阳性菌敏感率明显优于第一和二代头孢菌素。结论 :小儿患者留置导尿管致尿道感染以革兰氏阴性菌为主 ,出现多重耐药 ,抗生素应合理使用 ,必要时联合应用。Objective:To study the spectrum of pathogens of children in urinary tract infection complicated in bladder catheter indwelling and their sensitivity to common antibiotics.Methods:Bacterial culture was performed for urine samples from patients with infection follwing indwelling of bladder catheter and the pathogens separated were tested by Kirby-Bauer agar diffusion for drug-snsitivity determination.Results:895 urine samples were studied,from which,335 strains of pathogens were separated with a positive rate of 37.4%.Gram-negative bacteria totaled 65% in the tested pathogens and the top four percentages were taken up by Escherichia coli,Shigella dysenteriae,Acinetobacter and Bacilla Klebsiellae.The third generation cephalosporins was markedly superior to the first or second generation product in the drug-sensitivity.Conclusions:Urinary tract infection following indwelling of bladder catheter was mainly caused by Gram-negative bacteria and multiple drug resistance was common in the children patients.Antibiotic administration was recommended and in some cases,combined medication was advised.
