摘  要:目的:采用喷雾干燥法制备,以提供一种新的包合物制备方法。方法:以βCD为包合材料,按1:1摩尔比加入PMH,制成PMH-βCD溶液。在一定喷雾条件下喷雾干燥,制成PMH-βCD包合物。并以冷冻干燥法为对照,进行X-射线衍射,差示量热扫描等分析。结果:喷雾干燥法制备的PMH-βCD包合物与冷冻干燥法有同样的X射线衍射图谱和DSC图谱,表明已形成包合物。包合物在喷雾干燥过程中,其理化性质未发生变化。结论:喷雾干燥法可替代冷冻干燥法制备盐酸异丙嗪包合物。To prepare inclusive compound of promethazine(PMH) - β- lyclodextrin(βCD) by spray drying method. Method:β- CD was used as the wall material. Solution of PMH-β-CD was prepared by 1:1mol PMH toβ-CD added. Then the inclusive compound was prepared by spay drying process. The results of X-ray diffraction and DSC analysis were compared with that of lyophilization method. Result: The graphs of X-ray and DSC tests for spray-dried products are the same as those for lyophilization. It was showed that the formation of inclusive compound was successful. The physi-chemical characteristics of the compound are not affected by productive process. Conclusion: Spray drying is an effective way to produce PMH-β-CD, which can displace the traditional lyophilization productive process.
