摘　　要：目的 :评价B超检查在眼外伤中的应用价值。方法 :对 132例眼外伤B超检查阳性结果进行分析。结果 :132眼中 ,有的两种或两种以上损伤同时并存 ,其中玻璃体病变 114眼、视网膜出血 2 0眼、眼内异物 18眼、外伤性视网膜脱离 12眼等。结论 :B超检查不受屈光间质混浊影响 ,优于光学检查。疑有眼内异物 ,B超检查不受异物性质影响 ,对球内、球壁、球外异物的鉴别 ,优于X线检查。是临床诊断、治疗眼外伤的重要依据。Objective To evaluate the application and value of B-scan in ocular injuries.Method Analysed 132 cases of ocular injury,which had been positively diagnosed with B-scan.Results 132 cases,some have two cases or more to appear at the same time.114 cases of vitreous abnormality,20 cases of retinal hemorrhage,18 cases of intraocular foreign bodies and 12 cases of retinal detchment,etc.Conclusion Especially in the cases of refractive media opacity,B-scan examination can't be influenced by it.It's much better than optical examination.B-scan can stop influencing from the character on intraocular foreign body.To identify the foreign bodies of in and out of the ocular wall,including the ocular wall B-scan is more effective than X-ray,which is the most important tool for clinical diagnosis and treatment of ocular injury.
