摘　　要：目的 :观察小剂量尿激酶和低分子肝素钠联合治疗不稳定型心绞痛 (UAP)的疗效和安全性。方法 :对 86例UAP患者常规抗心绞痛治疗的基础上 ,加用低分子肝素钠 1mg/kg·d皮下注射 ,尿激酶 5 0万U加入生理盐水 15 0ml中缓慢静脉滴注 ,每天 1次 ,连用 7d。用药前后对比观察治疗组与对照组的疗效及血小板聚集率、凝血酶原时间的变化。结果 :治疗组总有效率96 % ,较对照组明显提高 ,血小板聚集率显著下降 ,凝血酶原时间延长但无出血并发症。结论 :小剂量尿激酶和低分子肝素钠联合治疗不稳定型心绞痛安全、有效。Objective To observe the effect and safety of UAP treated with low-dose urokinase(UK) combining with low-molecular-weight heparin natrium.Method 86 UAP cases were treated 7 days continually with low-molecular-weight heparin natrium 1mg/kg·d injected subcutaneously and urokinase (5 0×10 5u add in 150ml physiologic salt water) dripped slowly intravenously,in addition to the conventional anti-angina pectoris treatment.Contrast the clinical effect,platelet gathering rate and PT of the test group to that of the control group.Results The total effective rate of 86 UAP cases is 96%,enhancing dramatically than the control group.Moreover,platelet gathering rate decreased remarkably,PT prolonged while hadn't hemorrhage complication.Conclusion Low dose UK and low-molecular-weight heparin natrium is effective and safe to coronary heart disease.
