摘  要:目的 :探讨二仙汤加减的脑保护作用及其作用机理。方法 :用中老年Wistar大鼠 ,采用双侧颈总动脉夹闭 2小时后 ,去夹再通的方法制作急性不完全性脑缺血再灌流模型。实验组大鼠造模前给予二仙汤加减 ,于血流再灌后 6h、2 4h、3d及 7d处死 ,对顶叶皮质及背侧海马进行形态学研究。结果 :实验组与对照组比较 ,光、电镜图象显示毛细血管、脑细胞渗出及细胞损伤明显减轻 ;海马CA1区细胞丢失明显减少 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :该方药有改善脑血液循环、减轻脑水肿和保护脑细胞的作用。Objective:To study the brain protection and the mechanism of the modified ERXIANTANG (EXT).Methods:Middle aged Wistar rats were used as acute incomplete ischmia.The model was made with the method of reperfusion after 2 h of the bilateral common carotid occlusion.The modified EXT was given before the rats were modeled.The rats were put to death 6 h,24 h,3 d and 7 d after the blood was reperfused.The cortex of parietal lobe and hippocampus were taken out for morphology study.Results:The light and electron micrograph showed that the leakage of the CP and cerebral cells alleviated obviously;The cells loss of CA1 in hippocampus decreased compared with control groups ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The modifid ERXIANTANG can prevent edema,improve blood circulation and protect the cerebral cells.
