摘 要:在深床型高密度浓相流化床特性参数研究的基础上 ,分析了床层高度对气泡、密度的均匀稳定性、功率消耗的影响 ,对 5 0~ 3 0 0 mm粒级的大块煤进行了实验室分选试验 .结果表明 :分选精度是令人满意的 ,可能偏差值为 0 .0 2~ 0 .0 3 ;随着床层高度的增加 ,所需风压及功率增大 ,膨胀率有所降低 ,而床层密度的稳定性和起始流化气速几乎不变 .深床型空气重介流化床分选方法为块煤排矸提供了一条新途径 .On the basis of research of fluidization characteristic parameters of deep beds, the effects of fluidized bed height on gas bubble and power consumption were analyzed. Separating tests of 50 to 3000 mm lump coal were carried out. Results show that the separation precision is satisfied, the ecart probable moyen value is equal to 0.02 to 0.03. With the increase of bed height, air pressure and power consumption rise, expansion ratio of the bed decreases, but the density stability and critical fluidized velocity of the bed are hardly changed. This method of coal preparation with air-dense medium of deep fluidized bed provides a new way for lump coal separation.
