高温煤气脱氯剂的研制

摘　　要：本文介绍了高温煤气脱氯剂的实验室研制情况。在固定床反应器中对 HTC- 2 8定型样品进行了工艺条件考核试验。结果表明 ,在温度 40 0～ 70 0℃ ,空速 1 0 0 0～ 30 0 0 h-1,进口煤气中 HCl含量小于 1 0 0 0 ppm的条件下 ,HTC- 2 8型脱氯剂可将煤气中的 HCl从 30 0～1 0 0 0 ppm脱至 1 ppm以下 ,穿透氯容达到 1 5 %～ 1 8%Laboratory research on a newly developed hot coal gas dechlorination agent was described in this paper. Samples of the HTC 28 dechlorination agent were tested in a fixed bed reactor for its process condition. Results showed that, under the condition of 400～700℃ and 1000～3000h -1 and when HCl concentration in inlet coal gas is less than 1000ppm, the agent can remove HCl from 300～1000ppm to less than 1ppm, with a breakthrough chloride capacity of 15%～18%.
