摘　　要：目的　观察加压滑动鹅头钉治疗股骨转子间不稳定型骨折的疗效。方法　采用加压滑动鹅头钉治疗股骨转子间不稳定型骨折 42例。根据改良Evans分类法 ,Ⅲ型骨折 7例 ,Ⅳ型 2 4例 ,Ⅴ型 11例。结果　骨折复位及内固定满意 ,平均随访 17个月 ,全部骨折愈合 ,无髋内翻畸形 ,无钢板螺钉断裂及动力加压螺钉松脱 ,髋关节功能恢复满意。结论　加压滑动鹅头钉内固定具有固定可靠、并发症少及有利于患者早期功能活动等优点 ,是股骨转子间不稳定型骨折的有效内固定方法。Objective*'To study the clinical results of the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture with compressive sliding hip screw Methods*'42 patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture were treated with compressive sliding hip screw.According to Evans modified classification method,7 cases were of Ⅲ type,24 of Ⅳ type and 11 of Ⅴ type. Results*'All the fractures were reduced and fixed well.After an average follow up of 17 months,all were cured.There were no varus deformity of hip joint,no break of the plates or loosening of the screws and the functional recovery of hip joint was satisfactory.Conclusion*'The compressive sliding hip screw has merits of stable fixation,no complications and convenience for early exercises.This is an effective internal fixation for the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures.
