海洛因滥用者血清中细胞因子、一氧化氮含量变化的研究

摘　　要：目的··:探讨海洛因滥用者血清中细胞因子、一氧化氮 (NO)含量的变化。方法·· :采用放射免疫法 ,检测50例海洛因滥用者血清中细胞因子、NO含量并与正常人比较。结果··:海洛因滥用者血清中IL -1、IL -2和TNF含量明显低于正常人 (P<0.01) ,NO含量非常显著高于正常人 (P<0.001)。结论··Objective: To investigate the changes of IL-1?IL-2?TNF and NO level in serum of heroin abusers. Method: IL-1?IL-2?TNF and NO levels were determined by radioimmunoassay in 50 heroin abusers and 40 non-heroin abusers as control. Result: Cytokines (IL-1?IL-2?TNF) level in serum of heroin abuse group significantly decreased (P<0.01) and NO was higher than that of the control (P<0.001).Conclusion: The immunofunction (containing specific immunity and nonspecific immunity)of heroin abusers is lower than that of the non-heroin abusers, which is probably due to the decrease of cytokines.
