活血通络口服液稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的 :考察活血通络口服液的稳定性。方法 :采用光强 4 0 0 0 lx连续照射及经典恒温加速法 ,以紫外分光光度法 ,分别测定总黄酮苷含量。结果 :照射 2 4 0 h,本制剂外观颜色、p H值、澄明度均无明显改变 ,含量下降 <5 % ;在2 5℃可贮存 36个月 ;p H值为 6 .0～ 7.5澄明度较好。结论 :活血通络口服液的稳定性与温度、光照、p H值等有关 ,宜避光、密闭。Objective: To examined the stability of HuoXueTongLuo oral Liquor.Mothods:The UV detection method was used to determine the coutent total flavones as parameter in HuoXueTongLuo oral Liquor By after 4000 lx light and fixed temperature.Results:The color?pH and transparency of this preparation were not changedand the content was decreased by less than 5% after 240h light.Under 25℃ with 36 months.The pH value was in 6.0～7.5 and the transparency was qualified.Conclusion:HuoXueTongLuo oral Liquor is related with temperature?light?pH etc.It is suitable to be stored in avoiding light tightly closed and cool conditions.
