大学生左右侧肱动脉压的对比分析

摘　　要：目的　调查大学左右侧肱动脉压有无差异 ,为大学生体检及临床血压测量提供参考资料。方法　采用分层随机抽得本校 98、99年级本科学生共 40 8人 ,其中男 2 2 0人 ,女 188人。用上海医疗设备厂生产的GB 3 0 5 3 - 93汞柱台式血压计 ,按标准方法固定专人测量左右侧肱动脉血压。结果　将测得的左右侧肱动脉血压的数值通过 χ2 检验、t检验和配对资料t检验 ,其P值均大于 0 .0 5。Objective To investigate the differences of the blood pressure of both left and right brachial artery of college students, offer reference for blood measure of physical examination. Methods Using GB3053-93 desk sphygmomanometer made in Shanghai, by stratified random sampling method, the blood pressure of both left and right brachial artery of 408 sophomores (including 220 males 188 females) was measured by only one person for consistently.Results The obtained data of blood pressure of both left and right side brachial artery was analyzed by matched-pair t test, χ 2 test and t test respectively, P>0.05.Conclusions There were no significant differences in statistics between the blood pressure of left and right brachial artery.
