摘　　要：评述荧光光度法、放射化学法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、电化学法等方法检测组织液及细胞中儿茶酚胺类物质的特点及进展。The determination of catecholamines in tissue liquid and single cell by fluorescene spectrophotometry, radioanalysis, gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatograph and electrochemical method as well as the characteristics and the progress are intro-drced.
