摘 要:在分析苯丙酮酸钠在碱性溶液中溶解度的基础上 ,对亚苄基海因碱性水解液中的苯丙酮酸钠的结晶过程进行了研究。通过对中和用酸的选择、加酸过程和搅拌速度的控制、以及结晶时间的选择 ,得到了优化的结晶工艺。苯丙酮酸钠的结晶收率达到 91.7% ,纯度达到 98.5 %。Crystallization of sodium phenylpyruvate by hydrolysis of 5-benzalhydantoin in alkaline solution was studied. In order to increase yield and purity of the product, the method of controlled crystallization was stated. First, different type of acids were used for neutralization after the solubility of sodium phenylpyruvate in alkaline solution was analysed, hydrochloric acid is better for the product and its optimum volume was selected. Then, during crystallization, if velocity of acid dropping, velocity of agitation and time of crystallization were controlled in certain way, the uniform and pure product can be obtained. The yield of crystallization is achieved 91.7% and the purity of product is near to 98.5%.
