摘　　要：详细研究了在还原剂抗坏血酸存在下 ,新有机试剂 4 (6 甲氧基 8 喹啉偶氮 ) 间苯二酚 (简称MQAR)与钴的显色反应 ,确立了Co(Ⅱ )与MQAR显色反应的条件 ,并用于药品中钴的测定 ,取得了比较满意的结果。In the presence of the reductant such as ascorbic acid, the chromogenic reactions of a new organic reagent 4-(6-Methoxyl-8-quinolineazo)-resorcinol (abbr. MQAR) with Co(Ⅱ) was thoroughly studied . The conditions of the chromogenic reactions were established, the satisfactory results have been achieved in applying the methods to the determination of trace cobalt in medicines.
