摘　　要：介绍我国自行研制的往复式单螺杆混炼挤出机的结构、工作原理、特点及应用等。该机螺杆在连续旋转的同时,还按一定规律作轴向往复运动,而且螺杆上的螺纹不连续,可在很低的压力、极短的停留时间内,对物料实现优异的混合。The structure, operational principle, characteristic and application of the reciprocating single-screw intermixing extruder developed in China itself are introduced. While continuous turning, the screw of the extruder moves axially in a definite regulation and the thread on the screw is discontinuous, so an excellent blending of materials can be realized at a vary low pressure and in a shortest stay time.
