摘 要:聚苯弹性体 (PSE)是一类新型的茂金属聚合物 ,通常苯乙烯含量可达 80wt%。聚苯弹性体具有优异的填充性能 ,这一技术为新型材料的研制开辟了道路。本文通过模压的方法实现了CaCO3 、氢氧化铝、滑石粉和玻纤与聚苯弹性体的多种填充复合体系 ,研究了这些体系的流变加工性能、动态力学性能及拉伸应力 /应变行为。结果表明 :填充聚苯弹性体具有利于制品加工的剪切变稀现象 ,同时表面处理的填料能不同程度地提高基体的力学性能 ,玻纤与滑石粉能够有效地增强PSE70。Polystyrene elastomers (PSE) are a series of novel metallocene polymers,typically containing up to about 80wt% styrene.These PSE show good filler acceptance,and this technology allows for the engineering of novel materials.Materials were produced by melt compounding based on a range of fillers,including calcium carbonate(CaCO 3),aluminum hydroxide (ATH),talc and glass fibers.The properties of filled PSE were investigated and discussed,including melt rheology/processability and solid state dynamic mechanical properties.The toughness of highly filled materials,such as indicated by elongation at rupture from tensile stress/strain behavior,was also described.The results indicated:(1)filled PSE had shearing thinning characteristics,which was an advantage for final part fabrication;(2)fillers could improve the mechanical properties of the matrix in the existence of coupling agents;(3)glass fiber and talc could effectively improve the mechanical properties of PSE.
