骨髓中马尔尼菲青霉菌及荚膜组织胞浆菌的形态鉴别

摘　　要：目的提高马尔尼菲青霉菌病及荚膜组织胞浆菌深部感染的诊断。方法分析送检的马尔尼菲青霉菌病及荚膜组织胞浆菌病各 1例中菌体形态。结果骨髓中马尔尼菲青霉菌大小不一致 ,有腊肠状细胞 ,单个或 2个以上的核 ,而荚膜组织胞浆菌大小较一致 ,单个核。Objective To help the diagnosis of penicilliosis and histoplasmosis. Methods One patient with penicilliosis and another patient with histoplasmosis are reported and the morphology of penicillium marneffei (PM) and histoplasma capsulatum (HC) in bone marrow were of examined. Results The form of PM in bone marrow is pleomorphic, typical 'sausage'cells and has single or two and more than two nuclei, the form of HC in bone marrow is uniform, round to ovoid and has single nucleus. Conclusion The examination of PM and HC in bone marrow is important to the diagnosis of penicilliosis and histoplasmosis.
