摘  要:目的 :探讨右心声学造影新方法。方法 :采用手振 5 0 %葡萄糖溶液、低分子右旋糖酐制备微气泡 ,对2 0例患者进行了右心声学造影。结果 :2 0例患者右心显影范围及显影密度均达到 3级 ,两种微气泡造影峰密度持续时间分别为 (16± 4)秒、 (17± 5 )秒。造影中 ECG上心律和心率无变化 ,患者无任何不适。结论 :手振 5 0 %葡萄糖溶液和低分子右旋糖酐是一种效果肯定、制作简便、方便易行、安全。Objective:To discuss the new method in contrast echocardiography of right heart.Methods:We adopted 50% glucose and low molecule dextrose to prepare two categories of hand agitated microbubbles.Contrast echocardiography of right heart by peripheral venous injections of the two hand agitated solutions were performed in 20 patents underwent contrast echocardiography of right heart via left elbow venous injections.Results:The visual contrast scopes and densities of the right heart achieved grade Ⅲ in all the 20 patients.The contrast peak concentration persistent time of the two microbubbles was 16±4sec and 17±5sec,separately.The heart rhythm and rate were not changed in contrast echocardiography,and all patients felt comfortable.Conclusions:Applying hand agitated 50% glucose and low molecule dextrose solutions for contrast echocardiography of right heart is a new reliable,simple,convenient,safe and propagable method.
