补肾壮骨颗粒对绝经早期妇女性激素及骨代谢的影响

摘　　要：【目的】研究补肾壮骨颗粒对绝经早期妇女性激素及钙、磷代谢生化指标的影响。【方法】将绝经早期妇女 12 2例随机分成 2组 ,分别给予补肾壮骨颗粒和尼尔雌醇口服 ,进行治疗前后性激素及钙、磷代谢生化指标的检测。【结果】治疗半年后 ,两组雌二醇 (E2 )及碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)显著上升 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,尿钙 肌酐比值 (Ca Cr)显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,两组比较无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;而补肾壮骨颗粒组促卵泡生成素 (FSH)、黄体生成素 (LH)显著上升 (P <0 .0 5 )。【结论】补肾壮骨颗粒有类激素作用 ,使雌激素及碱性磷酸酶升高 ,是防治绝经后性激素紊乱、骨代谢改变的高效、安全的中药制剂。Objective To explore the influences of Bushen Zhuanggu Granule (BZG)on contents of sexual hormones and metabolism of calcium and phosphorous in early menopausal women.Methods One hundred and Twenty-two early menopausal women were allocated to two groups:Group A was treated with BZG and Group B with nylestriol.Serum contents of sexual hormones and indexes of calcium and phosphorous metabolism were observed before and after treatment.Results After six months of treatment,the contents of serum estradiol(E 2)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)were increased and the ratio of urine calcium and creatinine(Ca/Cr)decreased(P< 0.05)as compared with those before treatment.The differences of the above indexes between the two groups were not significant(P> 0.05).The contents of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luternizing hormone(LH)were increased in Group A as compared with Group B(P< 0.05).Conclusion BZG exerts a parahormone effect in increasing the contents of E 2 and ALP and is effective and safe in the prevention and treatment of the disorder of sexual hormones and bone metabolism in early menopausal women.
