摘 要:本试验对蓝氏前微异螨侵染蘑菇的主要途径进行了初步研究。结果表明:该螨在蘑菇制种期入侵,危害最严重,是造成绝收的主要原因;在栽培期入侵,则引起减产。本研究结果对制定预防措施具有重要意义,菌种厂必须有严格的卫生环境,操作人员要有严格的无菌操作技术,以杜绝该螨的侵染。Preliminary investigation on the principal infection path of Brennandania lambi in mushroom cultivation was carried out by the authors. The results showed that when the mites infected mushrooms during spawn-making period, they could cause the most severe damage and this could be the principal cause of complet loss in harvest; in eontrast, when the mites infected mushrooms during mushroom cultivation in mushroom beds, they could cause yield reduction. These results will be of great significance for take the preventive measures. Therefore, in order to prevent the infection of these mites, the spawn-making plants must maintain severely environmental sanitation and the operators must master strict aseptie techniques.
