桃树根癌病的防治菌株荧光假单胞菌1-1-4

摘　　要：运用平皿相互拮抗筛选法,从上海市郊桃园土壤中分离得到一株编号为1-1-4的细菌菌株,田间防效可达95%以上。本文报道了菌株1-1-4细菌分类鉴定的结果。鉴定菌株细胞杆状,0.5—0.6×0.6×2—4μm,不产生芽孢和荚膜,极生鞭毛(鞭毛数目大于1),格兰氏染色阴性。在金氏(king)培养基上能产生黄绿色荧光色素。氧化酶阳性,葡萄糖氧化发酵试验显示氧化产酸,3-酮基乳糖的产生呈阴性,不需要特殊的生长因子,在细胞内不积聚β-羟基丁酸盐颗粒,能水解明胶等。在主要的形态和生理生化特征上比较鉴定菌株与荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluore-cens),两者十分相似,被认为是同一个种,明显不同于菌株 K84(Agrobacterium radiobacterK84)The strain 1-1-4 isolated from soil in shanghai was identified by the sim- ple and quick cross-antagonistic plate assay in the process of screening antagonistic bacteria for biocontrol of peach crown gall disease.The disease control rate by the strain was more than 95% in the fields. The cells of the strain are rod-shaped(0.6—0.8×2—4μm)gram negative and do not form capsule and spores.They are motile by polar flagella.The strain could produce diffusible orange-green pigment when cultured in King's media.In the glucose oxida- tion ferment ation test,it showed the reaction of oxidative acid production.Being oxidase-positive and 3-ketolactose negative,it did not require growth factor,and did not accumulate poly-β-hydroxybutyrate intracellularly,and Could hydrolyze gelatin. According to the morphological and physiological charateristics,the strain 1-1-4 is identical to Pseudomonas fluorescens that is completely different from the strain K84 (A grobacterium radiobacter K84).
