摘 要:油菜秧苗三叶一心期,叶面喷洒200ppm 多效唑,能提高秧苗素质,增强抗寒、抗旱能力,移栽后活棵快、死苗少。结果表明,多效唑能提高油菜抗逆性的生理原因有三:(一)提高了油菜植株(根系尤盛)可溶性糖的含量和细胞汁浓度;(二)增强了叶片和叶柄质膜的稳定性,减少了电解质的外渗率,有助于细胞生理活动与功能的正常进行;(三)促进油菜根系生长,移栽后新根发生早而数量多,增强了根系活力。Spraying 200ppm MET upon leaves of rape seedling at 3-leaf-1-heart stage can improve the intrinsic quality of seedlings,enhance their cold and drought-resistant capacity,so that the seedlings survive rapidly with a little amount of dead plants. According to the results of the authors'experiments,the physiological causes of the improvement of adverse resistance in rape by the MET application may be explained as follows:firstly the soluble sugar content in rape plant,especially in root system,is increased by MET,and so the concentration of cell sap is raised;secondly MET can improve the stability of plasmolemma in blade and stipe,reduce the leakage of electro- lyte and favor the normal cellular physiological activity and function;thirdly MET can promote the growth of rape rootage so that the rape seedlings take root early after transplantation with new roots and improved rootage vitality.
