摘　　要：介绍了一座常见砖砌烟囱的爆破拆除。爆破方法的特点是药量不均匀分布。倒塌方向两侧的切口被划分成不同的范围 ,其中的炮孔装以不同的药量 ,对倒塌方向两侧1/5切口长度范围内的炮孔加强了装药量。文中还论述了药量不均匀分布的优点 ,并对开设定向窗的药量与爆破效果的关系。This paper introduces blasting demolition of a common brick chimney The blasting method is characterized by uneven distribution of charges The cuts in both sides of the collapsing direction are divided into different areas in which holes are loaded with various amount of explosive and the holes in the area as long as one fifths of cut length are loaded with additional charge In addition,the advantages of uneven charge distribution are expounded and some issues such as the relation between explosive amount for making directional windows and blasting result and the pretreatment of chimney liner are discussed
