摘　　要：江泽民同志曾在讲话中要求共产党员要带头讲正气 ,这是新时期党建工作的重要内容。讲正气的核心是实现和维护党和人民的根本利益 。Jiang Zemin required the Communist Party members to take the leading role in stressing justice, which constituted the major content for the construction of the Party in the new era. The stress of justice is the fundamental requirement for Party members, the core being to realize and protect the essential interests of the Party and the people. The crucial part of the emphasis lies in the cultivation of Party spirit.
