摘　　要：土地集约化、规模化经营是我国农业生产发展的必然趋势。随着生产力的提高和宏观环境的变化 ,土地家庭承包制的缺陷也开始显现。所以 ,在国家政策法律支持下进行家庭承包经营体制的创新发展 ,采取不同的模式加速土地的集中和规模化经营 ,是提高我国农业劳动生产力 。The highly intensive land and large-scale management is an inevitable tendency of development of agricultural production in our country.With the increasing of productivity and the changing of macro-environment,shortcoming of family-contract land system has begun to emerge.Therefore,with the help of national policy and law to undertake innovation and development of family-contract system,we should take different measures to speed up highly intensive land and large-scale management which is the main direction to raise agricultural labour productivity of our country and to increase income of farmers.
