复方丹参注射液对心肌缺血的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨复方丹参注射液对心肌缺血的影响。方法　采用结扎麻醉犬左冠状动脉前降支造成急性心肌缺血模型 ,观察复方丹参注射液对急性心肌缺血的作用。结果　丹参注射液静脉给药明显降低Σ -ST和N -ST,与模型组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1 )。OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of Compound Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Injection on myocardial ischemia. METHOD Acute myocardial ischemia models were made by ligation and anaesthetizing the dog's left coronary artery so as to observe the effect of Compound Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Injection on myocardial ischemia. RESULT Intravenous injection of the Compound Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Injection markedly reduced Σ-ST and N-ST, with significant difference between the model group and the control group ( P <0.05, 0.01). CONCLUSION Compound Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Injection has marked effect in improving myocardial ischemia of dogs caused by ligation of the coronary artery.
