摘　　要：目的 :观察不同针刺方法的临床疗效。方法 :将 10 8例急性脑卒中引发心脏损伤患者随机分为针刺治疗组和针刺对照组各 5 4例 ,分别于治疗前后进行神经功能缺损程度评定及心电图检查。结果 :针刺治疗组对急性脑卒中引发心脏损伤患者神经功能及心电图的改善优于针刺对照组。结论 :针刺内关。Purpose To observe clinical therapeutic effects of different needling methods on cardiac injury induced by acute cerebral apoplexy. Methods One hundred and eight cases of cardiac injury induced by acute cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into acupuncture treatment group and acupuncture control group, 54 cases in each group, and defect degrees of nerve functions were assessed and electrocardiographic examination was made before and after treatment. Results Improvement of nerve function and electrocardiogram in the acupuncture treatment group was superior to that in the acupuncture control group. Conclusion Acupuncture at Neiguan(PC 6) and Shuigou(GV 26) has an obvious protective action on cardiac injury caused by acute cerebral apoplexy.
