摘　　要：介绍循证医学的最新定义及核心思想 ,以及临床医生实践循证医学的具体步骤。着重介绍如何运用循证医学标准和WHO《针灸临床研究规范》的专业原则评价针灸临床防治性研究文献。同时指出临床流行病学、医学统计学知识在实践循证医学、规范针灸科研工作。The newest definition and core thought of evidence?based medicine, and concrete steps in practising evidence?based medicine for clinical physicians are introduced. How to apply the standard of evidencebased medicine and specialized principle of The Guidelines for Clinical Research on Acupuncture established by WHO to valuate literature on acupuncture and moxibustion clinical prevention and treatment studies are introduced emphatically. At the same time,it is indicated that clinical epidemiology and medical statistics are very helpful in practising evidence?based medicine, standarding scientific studies of acupuncture and moxibustion and increasing level of writing thesis
