摘　　要：目的 :观察针灸配合康复疗法治疗脑血管意外后偏瘫的临床效果。方法 :将 16 2 0例患者随机分为治疗组 972例和对照组 6 4 8例进行对照观察。结果 :治疗组和对照组疗效相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :治疗组对脑血管意外后偏瘫有良好效果 。Purpose To investigate clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation in treating hemiplegia after cerebrovascular accident.Methods 1620 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group( n =972)and control group( n =648)for a comparative study.Results There was a significant difference in therapeutic effects between the two groups(P<0 01).Conclusion The combined therapy produced a good effect in treating hemiplegia after cerebrovascular accident and its curative effect was better than that in the control group.
