摘　　要：开展了入河排污口调查、审核 ,在此基础上 ,采用统一的监测时间、频率、项目和方法 ,对入河排污口进行监测监督 ,并编制监测报告。针对入河排污口监督管理中存在的法律、法规不健全及缺乏统一规划等问题 。A survey and review of waste outlets is performed for the Huaihe River Basin. On that basis, a unified monitoring time, frequency, items and method are used to monitor and supervise the waste outlets, and monitoring reports are drawn up. In consideration of some problems in waste outlet supervision, such as the incompleteness of laws and regulations, the lack of unified planing and so on, some countermeasures are proposed.
