摘　　要：加入WTO后,我国必须处理好强化金融监管与金融适度开放的关系,监管模式要由分业监管逐渐向混业监管过渡。借鉴国外的经验,在监管中,要特别注意金融机构业务经营的合规性、资本充足性、资产质量、流动性、赢利能力。After jioning WTO, China must cope with the relation between financial supervisor and appropriate open supervisor pattern should be transferred slowly from a single supervisor to a mixing one. According to foreign experience, in supervisor we should pay more attention to the standardization of management, the sufficiency, quality and mobility of the capital, profit possibility and self_control.
