组织学习评价方法和学习工具的研究及在30家民营企业的应用

摘　　要：本文基于提出的组织学习过程模型 ,建立了组织学习评价体系。该评价体系先在 3家企业进行试验和修订 ,然后在 30家民营企业进行应用 ,文章对评价结果进行了分析和评论。针对当前组织学习工具缺乏的问题 ,文章还论述了自行开发的组织学习新工具———组织学习自测系统。A new organizational learning (OL) process medel has been put forward in this paper,based on which the assessment system of OL has been established. The system has been tested in 3 enterprises firstly and then applied in 30 private enterprises,all the results have been analyzed and reviewed. A new OL tool,namely “The Organizational Learning Self-Assessment System”(OLSA) has been also developed aiming to practical application in the enterprise.
