摘　　要：本文介绍了适用于现场喇曼谱仪的光栅外腔半导体激光器 ,其中心波长为 792 .5 nm,谱线宽度小于 0 .0 8nm,输出功率为 2 2 2 m W。The grating external cavity semiconductor laser has been reported. It is a perfect source of a real-time Raman spectrum analyzer. By using Littrow-type external-cavity, the first-order light diffracted from the grating is sent back to provide optical feedback, and the zero order diffracted light is output with stabilized wavelength and narrow band width. The wavelength is 792.5 nm, the band width is less than 0.08 nm, and the output power is 222 mW.
