家兔颈交感干传出活动在躯体传入增强颈动脉体升压反射中的作用

摘  要:在麻醉、制动和人工通气的38只家兔上观察到,在腓深神经(DPN)刺激期间,由NaCN引起的颈动脉化学感受性升压反射(简称颈动脉体升压反射)明显增强,P<0.01;同时颈交感节球支(GGN)活动也明显增多,P<0.01。切断颈交感干后,DPN刺激增强颈动脉体升压反射的效应消失;颈动脉化学感受性传入小柬(CCAF)的单位放电也明显减少,P<0.05。电刺激颈交感干外周段,CCAF放电增多,P<0.05。表明:DPN刺激增强颈动脉体升压反射效应,县与GGN传出活动的增强、CCAF传入冲动的增多有关。Experiments were performed on 38 rabbits anesthetized with urethane and chloralose, immob lized and artificially ventilated. A bolns carotid artery injection of NaCN into the sinus area resulted in a carotid chemoreceptor pressor reflex (CCPR). 'When the deep peroneal nerve (DPN) was stimulated, the CCPR was enhanced (P<0.01) and activity of the cervical sympathetic ganglioglumerular nerve (GGN) was increased (P<0.01). After ipsilateral cervical sympathetic trunk section, the enhanced CCPR effect was abolished.Puthermore, unit discharges of carotid chemoreceptor afferent fibers (CCAF) were decreased when rabbits were sympatheotomized. Electrical stimulation of the cervical sympathetic trunk caused increase in CCAF discharges.These results suggest that the enhanced effect of DPN stimulation on CCPR ia related to increased GGN efferent impulses and increased CCAF afferent impulses.
