摘 要:19例16~30孕周的人胎儿卵巢经体外培养以观察培养前、后及加入不同比例促性腺激素培养后培养液中雌二醇(E_2)值的释放值,培养时间最长达6d。经体外培养的卵巢组织均具有分泌E_2的能力。16~19 6/7周的胎儿卵巢与FSH、LH培养1d,比不加激素组产生更多的E_2(P<0.05)。说明人胎儿卵巢自16周起就具有对促性腺激素作出反应的能力。24~30周的卵巢在加入FSH:LH为4:1(FSH1.33IU/ml,LH0.33IU/ml)经3d培养,可以产生更多的E_2(P<0.05)。上述现象与人胎儿卵巢的形态学研究资料相符。Petal ovaries were obtained from 19 fetuses, aborted or delivered prematurely, right aftor their deaths (7 at 16-19 6/7 weeks,5 at 20-23 % weeks,and 7 at 24-30 weeks). Ovarian tissue was cultured and cultures were maintained for 6 days. Est-radiol levels in the media were measured by RIA. Ovaries of the 16-19 6/7 weeks group when cultured for 24 hours with FSH and LH, produce more estradiol than those cultured without FSH and LH (P<0.05). It is shown that human fetal ovaries at 16 gestational weeks do have the potential to respond to gonadotropins in vitro. Ovaries of the 24 to 30 weoks group when cultured for 72 hours with FSH and LH (FSH =1.33IU/ml, LH=0.33 IU/ml), produce more estradiol than those cultured without FSH and LH (P<0.05). All of these are in correspondence with the morphology of the fetal ovary.
